We do not have any stores anymore and just online for the time being

What times are you open?  
We are a small family business and work Monday & Friday answering emails and packing orders, please check our socials as sometimes we are closed on public holidays, if we are we will announce on fb.

I got the wrong size; can I return my item? 
You sure can, we accept returns for change of mind and size on all full priced items for the size required or a store credit only, we not accept returns or exchanged on clearance items, we do not do refunds on any items but happy to offer a store credit/voucher or exchange for item in correct size or style, before any returns can be accepted, please email info@skulled.com.au

Do you offer refunds? 
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, we however are happy to exchange for a store credit or another item, we do not accept any changes or exchanges, credits after 30 days since purchase, Proof of purchase must be presented. 

My parcel is missing. 
Oh no, please email us at info@skulled.com.au to discuss, but in the meantime did you receive an email from us with your tracking? if so, please use those details and contact Aus post to start an investigation, once you have also emailed us, we can contact them also.
